I love this thing!! I have really bad bunions so I need something that will massage my feet and give my boyfriend a break ha! I'm sitting at my desk a lot so the roller is just perfect to use all day. I actually sit here all day just rolling my foot back and forth. I think it's good for blood circulation and getting out knots.I don't really use the other two balls as much as I thought I would. But I think it's nice to take that into the office and keep the roller at home.

My husband has platar fasciitis. We’ve tried different things like a broomstick, frozen water bottle, and even cortisone shots. I figured i would try this to see what it does, and for the price i couldn’t complain.So far he’s been using it for 5 nights straight as he sits on the couch. At first he said he had to get used to the massage bumps on the roller.. but He said that he definitely feels better while he’s doing it and that’s a victory.

But when I’m able to use them for me it actually hurts the bottom of my feet because I’m so sensitive but the good thing about it is that you can intensify the pain as much as you want but putting more pressure or less pressure . I also started using one of the balls on the side of my thigh because I don’t stretch that much so it constantly hurts but I figured it was no use because I could feel the spikes more on my handsOverall I think it’s a pretty good set and I like that the two balls come with a mini bag so you could store them in there

I have flat feet and after a long day they hurt so bad. So i was looking for some kind of massager to reduce the pain and discomfort. And this massager just works perfectly for me. I use it every day and it is a relief for my feet. I love it and will continue using it!
