Keeps me from turning into a rage monster during PMS

I’m in my early 40s and have had terrible mood swings during the week before my period for as long as I can remember. This (or the other brand with same ingredients) really helps! I feel like me again. It took me awhile to get my exact routine down, but I start with one pill on the day I ovulate, then over the next week slowly increase to 3 a day and continue the next week with one pill 3 times a day spaced out with meals until I start my period. Then I quit until the next ovulation due date. If I don’t take enough, I get so angry and irritated at everyone and everything. If I take them too much, my breasts get sore. I think each woman is different and you need to find your right pill routine in order for this product to work, but it really does! I’m beyond happy and wish I’d found this years earlier.

Improving my mood and helping PMS

Now that I’m in my 40’s PMS has become a problem. I can be a hormonal mess with mood swings and awful cramps. I’ll try anything at this point so my family can tolerate spending time with me again. Helps with PMDD
