I had a problem with my cats constantly jumping into my window blinds or going places where they aren't supposed to be, such as the top of the aquarium. I purchased this in hopes it would help deter them from these areas, as I don't think anyone would want to walk across these. It has solved my problems. The cats refuse to walk over this. I don't blame them. They would blow out their pads.

I really like this mat, more of the acupuncture side but overall it works well. I also love the look and style of the mat itself and bag, makes a great addition to my yoga room.

This actually seems to help with my back pain. Just looking at it, it seems painful but it really isn’t. Very easy to use.

Taking me a bit to get used to this. You do need to wear something a little heavy if clothes are too thin does hurt a little bit.

The points on this blanket and head rest are made of cheap plastic and are way too sharp to be relaxing.
