I bought the Sweet Logic Mug Cake Sampler (Carrot Cake, Chocolate Cake, Lemon Poppyseed, and Orange Almond) hoping for something that would satisfy my sweet tooth while staying keto. Every single flavor was good, but the Orange Almond was my favorite. You can taste the real almonds, and the orange flavor is bright and natural, not fake or chemical. The Carrot Cake was moist and warmly spiced, the Chocolate Cake was rich without being bitter, and the Lemon Poppyseed was light, fresh, and perfectly balanced. None of them had that weird aftertaste that so many keto desserts have. These are ridiculously easy — add an egg and butter, mix, microwave, done — which makes them perfect when you want something comforting but don’t want to bake a whole dessert or blow your macros. As someone who’s been working hard to improve my health and still wants to enjoy food, this product made me feel like I don’t have to give up joy to eat better. I will absolutely be ordering more. Sweet Logic just earned a permanent spot in my pantry.

I purchased this item because my son was recently diagnosed with Type 1 diabetics. Carrot cake is his absolute favorite. He turned 30 today and I really wanted him to be able to enjoy his favorite cake for his birthday. I am very glad I found this on Amazon. I wasn't looking at just the protein but the fact that it is very low in sugar and carbs (very important for a type 1 diabetic). They smell amazing and taste even better. You would never know they are healthy. I was impressed with how moist they are and the texture is just like a regular cake.

So far have tried all but one of these. They're much better for macros than the Betty Crocker brand. Although you do need an egg and some butter with these. Make sure to scramble your egg really well and incorporate it into the batter thoroughly or you'll end up with a little gift of buttery microwave egg and the bottom of your cake 😅

I'm a big fan of these mug cakes. It's so easy to whip up if you're having a craving. I hope they put out more varieties. I cook mine slightly less than the suggested time to keep it moister. If you can wait, they're even better at room or fridge temp.

Carrot cake tasted like a weirdly sweet omelet. I could not bring myself to try any of the others. Good try, but maybe more flavor testing? I did love the packaging, convenience, and simplicity, just...the taste. Not...not my favorite.

I will admit I was skeptical at first, but decided to give it a chance and ordered a set of 4. When they came, I immediately decided to try one. I mixed it up according to the directions, popped in the microwave, and sat down to eat it. It was DELICIOUS!!! I immediately ordered another set of 4. I will be buying more, they taste that good!!! it's the spot and just enough sweetness to satisfy my craving!!! Keep up the good work.

Don't waste your money. It is literally just cake mix. Save money and buy a box of cake mix. I did a search for vegan cup cake and this came up. The protein it claims comes from adding an egg. This is not Flavored PB Co. type item.

These “keto” mug cakes, as prepared at home with an egg and a tablespoon of butter, turned out to contain 330 calories, 23 grams of carbs, and almost no fiber. They’re smaller than other mug cakes too. As a diabetic, I couldn’t eat more than a tiny sample of the chocolate cake. This had a spongy and pleasant texture but not an intense chocolate flavor. The product description is misleading.
