Nice package and a neat variation on sticking the camera to the windscreen, the footage is good as well BUT, there are 40 second gaps between the clips. A lot can happen in 40 seconds! I have driven about 300 miles today and tested it in a variety of lighting conditions and it worked well except for the 40 second gaps. I have used a class 10 Sandisk Ultra with the camera.It may be that this camera is defective, I have no idea. In any case, it's going back for a refund.

We bought this product from a friend recommendation and also after reading the reviews here. Decided to buy it mainly because needing to drive long journey lately and sometimes at night. So, used it straight away. Although this product's price is a bit high compared to the rest, i really like the quality and results- it offers reliable, secure and stable recording on the road. The night view is clear. You get what you pay for. When open the box initially, i was a bit confused as it come with many little separated packaging. But spending some times and reading instruction, it is very easy to set up. There is 2 ways to hang it and we prefer stick on the car dashboard.

I bought this for my new carA good quality camera that was very easy to put together and set up. The video and picture quality are clear onscreen as well as viewing it on a laptop.Nice to have some reassurance if anything happens when driving or when the car is stationary if it gets knocked (motion sensor). This doesn't come with a SD card and so you need to buy your own. I bought a 32gb scandisk which works well with it.

Everyone knows the problem, if you are involved in an accident, it is not always clear who is now the culprit. Sure, you can access witnesses like passersby on the sidewalk or your own passenger but these are not always there. So I decided to try one of these Dashcams. I did not want to get in cheap, but I did not want to buy the biggest luxury. This camera has made me curious about the price. I was surprised how easy it is to install everything and how the processing was done. I'm very happy with the whole thing.

If you need a cheap dash cam it's alright... Its not the BEST camera in the world. I've been using it since December and the stability of it was fine up until around a month ago, it's on a ball and it has a small plastic bolt that holds it on, it's become very weak regardless and now just flops to the side and can't stay upright. The camera quality on the front is OK, it's a bit blurry sometimes and doesn't always pick up the number plates properly and the back is blurry but can pick up the number plate sometimes. It only takes 32GB sd cards and nothing more and needs to be hard formatted before you use it, so you can't perform a quick format. Overall it does its job but it isn't the BEST. It's great if you want a cheap cam.

The first unit I received was faulty as the internal battery would not charge so the unit reset everything including the time/date every time I turned it off. The suppliers replaced it promply which was good. The second unit seemed to work well and had excellent picture quality. Unfortunately after using it for a few weeks I realised it was not recording properly, For some reason it stops recording at random and this results in large gaps in recordings of trips I make. If you switch it off and on it starts recording again but this isnt a solution as you dont know that it has stopped recording until you replay the footage! A dashcam that only records random segments of a journey is no use to anyone so I am going to have to replace this with a different dashcam.

After the settings (took about 5 minutes) as described in the car installed (took about 20 minutes). Now, after a few days I can only say that the camera is working really well. The pictures are very good (even at night). For each trip an extra file is created (with date ...). When you start the engine, the camera begins to record and ends with the engine being turned off. I am completely satisfied so far.
