Worked great for a week and then died
The outlet was easy to install and relatively easy to set up, but then completely died after a week. No power to outlets, on/off switch doesn't work.Followup: Not seeing a better option, I ordered another one. It would work for a few minutes then stop responding, then repeat. Had to return it.

Easy to install and setup, individually controllable, no power monitoring.
Outlet looks much better and feels more permanent then other smart outlets. The app is ok, I used the jinvoo app because I had a power strip already from them, the device setup fine on this app. One less app is always a good thing. You can control the outlets individually and the USB plugs separately also. The app doesn't let you name them separately. However once you have them in Alexa or Google home you can rename them in there. I wish they had power consumption montiors or just a way I could poll it or something. It was easy to setup and install, I did it myself, it was straightforward with just a little bit of home repair knowledge. I would have given it 5 stars if I could get them cheaper in a 10 pack and if it had power monitoring.

This item has been nothing but problems. Would not work. No response from seller. Now I am outside of return period. Stay away

Can't get it to work with Alexa
The instructions with the images are clear but I wasted my time installing it as I am still not able to connect it with Alexa even after dozens of attempts. Also, it feels very warm to the touch and so I don't feel comfortable using it and thus put back the old receptacle.

Sticke too far out from the all
Either the plate hovers about the wall (by nearly a centmeter) or the outlet is close to a centimeter out from the front of the installed faceplate. Cosmetically looks terrible

Be careful
This product has a 1200W max per outlet with a 2200W total max output. Plugging in a STANDARD 1500W space heater will blow the outlet. I'd spend more for a better rated outlet.

Works very well, easy to install and program
Installed one with the preconceived idea that given the price, it was too good to be true....Worked so well, very easy to install, downloaded the app and easily program, I ordered two more.

kinda bulky had trouble fitting in box will buy another brand that will fit better
