Instabind - DIY Carpet Binding - Turn Carpet Scraps into Area Rugs - Sold in 5 ft Incriments (Tan)

I had a small piece of carpet left over from our new carpet installation. And I wanted to make a small rug out if it. The company that sells this was very happy to send me some samples. And the Tan color matched the best with my carpet. And the length came a one continuous piece. But you MUST use a hot glue gun to adhere the binding to your carpet. And you must have patience and work about an inch of section at a time. But with all that said, it turned out great. I’m hoping it holds up well, and since it’s not in a high traffic area, it should be fine. I’m now thinking of doing the same with another remnant. If you can use a glue gun, you can easily use this product.

The binding on the carpet of my travel trailer slide out had started to come off of the carpet. We ordered the Instabind and received it very quickly, about a week earlier than what it showed shipping would be, which allowed us to complete the project before we left on a trip. Installation was easy and fast. It looks nice & works very well. I great improvement on the carpet and we are very happy with it. Follow the instructions with the product or watch the instructions online and it works.

Easy to install has a quality look to it. I watched a video On how to apply the edging and it worked very well. Looks like a professional job.
