Beautiful set!
This set is beautiful! Growing up playing mahjong with my mom’s set, I was pretty particular about how the tiles looked. These are clean and easy to read. Having the numbers in the corner makes it easy even for newbies to play. And the red backs are so pretty. The tiles are bigger than my mom’s set but we quickly got used to (and appreciated) the bigger size. My parents were over yesterday and we broke the set it for the first time, and they loved it so much that they want this set now too!The 4 trays inside the case for storing the tiles makes it really easy to pack back up. All around, we love this set!

BEAUTIFUL SET!
These extra large tiles are to die for. Clear to read, nice to hold, just lovely! Instructions are included and seem to be the most fun part! Translations are hysterical! Glad I'm learning in person! Don't get too attached to the carrying case, tho. VERY flimsy. Duck tape may help, but not sure as this is a very heavy set. Don't let that scare you off. It's just what you wanted!!!

Great buy overall. Nice color and best size for home use.If you want a set for traveling, this may be too heavy/big for you.

Love the tiles! Nice and large print on tiles. Easy to read with numbers. Excellent quality. It comes with a nice case for easy storage and travel. A great buy!

That the set is not complete
I’m just learning to play Mahjong and was buying my first set of tiles............the set arrived on time and was what I expected.......Except now I’m finding out it does not include “JOKERS” and RACKS..........it would have been helpful to have known that at the time of purchase.Merete Rhoades

Not XL tiles.
I was specifically looking for a mahjong set with extra large tiles and I thought, “this is it!” The description even lists the tiles as 1 1/2”. So I was totally disappointed when these smaller tiles arrived. The tiles are smaller than ones my son found in Chinatown here. They are a tiny bit over 1 1/4” but definitely not XL as described. ☹️

Great set, sturdy and big tiles.
Sturdy and great set. My Mom said its pretty close to the set she had back in the 80s. Plays well. Bought a set for myself and for Mom. Recommend.
