It arrived in bloom! I put it outside in the shade for the last 2 weeks (southern Nevada) and the soil it came woth just dies not hold any water. I'm a bit reluctant to repot it but I think it needs it or I'm constantly watering it. All in all it looks like a good start and a good quality product. It was indeed as large as stated, and I was almost surprised to see how full and broad it was.

I bought this just to see what a $20 plant would look like. Lets be clear here, what you are getting is a pre-bonsai at best which is probably mass produced. This means there is a lot of work and growing to do with this plant. Mine arrived in fair condition and I was not expecting much. I ordered it at the end of winter and there was no heat pack included in the packaging to keep it warm in transit. Keep in mind this is a tropical plant and mine is definitely in shock. This plant will need to sit in a bigger pot for a few years before it can be considered for making it into a bonsai. This requires patience. I am not a professional and this is just my opinion.

Having killed a few, I am hoping this gorgeous Bonsai keeps living and blooming for me. Wish if came with detailed instructions for optimal care. But it’s gorgeous!!!!

I rarely review products, but because Bonsai seems to be hard to care for, I can't help but say I am very happy with this guy! Look!!! He looks happy too!!!

Tree was very healthy when received and still doing well after a few weeks. Not the perfect trunk taper but most would not notice, has nice shape, very good foliage. For price I am very happy with purchase.

Great product at a great price

Bonsai arrived in a box with styrofoam stuffing. The plastic pot was covered in clear plastic wrap to keep soil from spilling over. When I opened the box, the soil was moist and leaves were green and healthy. My bonsai also had little flowers. Love this. Would definitely order again.

I love that it arrived so well packed no damaged at all I've had it for one week and the flowers are starting to bloom awesome!!The only thing I would've like would of been some information on the type of tree it is..
