I used to have a lot of neck pain driving.This cushion had reduced it so much. I wish it was a little more thicker.It gets real hot and I have to put a white handkerchief to cool it down. I hope they can improve it to make it thick and cool.As always Amazon delivery was quick and in nice packaging.

I had just seen m doctor and been told that I had two discs in my neck that are bulging a little and did not require surgery. I was told that I had to get a neck pillow and after some research on Amazon decided to purchase this. I have no regrets and for the price what a deal. I am a delivery driver and after a few hours I had to go home because of neck pain, since having this pillow I can work my entire shift with little to no pain, also, it does take some adjusting, work with the pillow, find a comfortable position and you will see. I am now looking for something for some back support of which I already found.

When I went shopping for a new car, I had a terrible time trying to find one with a headrest that didn't push my head down. Being 5'3", this became a serious problem. I then discovered that ALL cars made today have these very uncomfortable headrests due to some idiotic law that was passed to theoretically reduce the injury rate on head and neck injuries in auto crashes. Honestly, driving was a lot more comfortable in my old 2004 pickup.This product has helped, but not completely solved the uncomfortable head positioning. But, I have found that using it turned upside down works best for me since the elongated points that are meant to support the head actually help to support my shoulders in the gap between the seat and rest. The biggest drawback is that the neck pillow can get quite hot on long drives.

It doesn’t support as I wanted

I was looking for a headrest supplement to my new office chair. The space between my head & the chair headrest was ridiculous. To rest your head you'd be looking at least 45-degrees upward. And the pain would be unbearable. Nobody does that naturally.This Feagar headrest is a great choice for that office chair despite people in Q&A saying it was not. Did they actually try it? Right out of the box and little carrying bag I didn't have to adjust the straps, I merely fitted them over the chair headrest and it's absolutely perfect. Why don't chair manufacturer's do this?Feagar nicely fills in the space between my head/neck and fits the curvature just right. Soft enough yet firm enough it's quite comfortable and very well made. I'm glad I made the leap of faith and ordered this product. If I were to design one for my needs this would be it. I'm sure it works well in a vehicle as well.

It could be a bit thinner for me but it works fine. I saw someone else that said they opened the zipper part removed the cover and cut some of the back off to make it thinner so that might work for you as well - if you have the same problem. Since the straps are elastic it's easy to pull off and move from one car to another or a different seat. It definitely helps my painful arthritic neck feel better on trips.

Pretty comfortable pillow. It is thick and gives a lot of support, helps with headaches/neck and back pain. I use it on my desk chair (racing style seat) being that its headrest is flat and it helps a lot. The 2 straps on the back are adjustable for tightness and the material is pretty breathable too, so no real heat build up with it. Still have yet to try it in the car, but I assume it will be just fine. If you are on the fence, GET ONE! You will not be disappointed!

This neck support does pretty much all it claims to do, except -- stay in place. It fills in gap behind the neck and comfortably supports the base of my skull, but slips out of place when I turn my head. The straps do not stay in place them no matter what I try. I chose this item (after looking at sooo many others) because it has 2 adjustable straps and other reviewers were pleased with that feature. It may be good for a passenger or just to lay back on at a rest area, but it's quite frustrating & distracting to wrestle with the thing while driving. For reference, I have a 2001 Honda Accord EX with leather seats & adjustable headrest.

Takes a bit of adjusting to get the right position, may just be my car but the product has helped a lot as I’ve had a cervical fusion and the headrest in my car I could not get in the right position to help support my head when driving, this product is soft but helps with a resting place for my head and also fills the gap left by the seat headrest which made driving uncomfortable before this addition

Used it for few months by now and very pleased with it. The only downside is that I do not think that you can use it in the summer, unless you are a cold person. Other than this, no issue, yet.

Amazing product however would be better if you could buy as package. I.e including back support
