If Only the Shoulder Straps were Adjustable
I purchased this vest after looking at every other reflective vest available for purchase on Amazon. I really just needed something to make me more visible while running at night, but I'm not a huge fan of neon colors. I much prefer the color scheme of this vest, and was really excited to try it. So after going out on a few runs with this vest, here is what I loved and hated about it:LOVES:- Stylish AND effective. Best of both worlds.- Very lightweight and highly reflective- Adjustable side straps at both hip and waist- Love that it has a full zip and isn't a pullover- No visible logos! Honestly this is a big deal!- Did I mention stylish?? It has a very flattering fit.HATES:These will nearly all be sizing and fit related. Obviously not everyone will run into these issues, but some might. For context I am a 5' 8" female around 250 lbs with a 44DD bust. The vest DOES fit me generally speaking, but I constantly ran into issues while running in this.- Walking in it was fine, but when I run the bottom starts to ride up. So much so that I constantly had to pull it back down as I was running. If I had left it alone, it would have ridden right up to my bust. Not something I want to be highly reflected as cars pass by. I had the adjustable straps widened as far as they'd go, but also tried tightening them to see if it helped secure the vest down. Nothing helped.- There's nothing wrong with the material of the vest, but it is slidey. Like satin sheet slidey. For us larger busted ladies, that type of material in a vest form will start slipping off to one side as you're running. The vest was trying so hard to do a 360 on my chest, and would have succeeded too were it not for my arms. So now we have the issue of one boob covered by the vest, while the other is just hanging out uncovered. Now combine that with the bottom riding up as well and you've basically turned into a "fail" meme. And the reflective material might as well be a flashing neon sign drawing attention to it.On the plus side, the vest twisting around made the rear pocket magically turn into a side pocket which was much easier to access. Pulling down the zipper to just below my bust helped with the twisting somewhat, but not entirely. And unzipping this vest entirely is not even an option regardless of your size, because it will just slip off while running. It's just so slidey.I desperately tried to make this vest work for me, because I really do love how it looks. It's also surprisingly difficult to find running vests this reflective and/or not neon. Most just put a single strip across the back or just stamp a reflective logo on it. Sometimes both if you're really lucky. I don't want to "kind of" be seen, I want to be SEEN. This vest gives you that all-caps visibility. But here's the thing. There is one extremely simple solution to at least one of my problems (riding up), and perhaps another solution to the other problem (twisting). I think one significant factor that this vest kept riding up is simply because it just sits too high on my chest. If I were just able to adjust the shoulder straps a couple of inches, I really think that would have resolved my issue. Without adjustable shoulder straps, the only other solution would be to make the vest itself longer. But having adjustable shoulder straps seems like the best option for accommodating all body shapes and sizes. While having adjustable shoulder straps would probably suffice, the twisting action could, in theory, be fixed by adding some non-slip material to the inside. Maybe a few silicone strips? Maybe something else. Anything, as long as it helps with slippage. It would also allow for wearing the vest totally unzipped without the risk of it sliding off your shoulders.Overall I decided to rate this vest 4 stars, because it is a great vest. My inability to wear this is due to my shape and size, and those with smaller frames may not have the same experiences I did. So it wouldn't be fair if me to rate the vest lower based on that. However, I did deduct one star for not having adjustable shoulder straps. It can't be a perfect vest without them. Such a minor change would greatly benefit others who find the vest too high on the chest. The ability to adjust the shoulder length as well as the hips and waist will mean the vest can fit more people, equalling more sales and less returns. Literally just add the same adjustable straps that are already on the hips and waist of this thing to the shoulders, then you've got a five star vest.

Head and shoulders above the competition!
This vest is so good that I bought two. Both my girlfriend and I are avid cyclists, and therefore a reflective vest is a must-have accessory. We have both been very pleased with them, and use them regularly. A few notes on the design: Firstly, it is a zip-up, which is a big deal for me. Having the ability to unzip it part of the way allows me to partially unzip my jacket, which is important for regulating temperature. Secondly, it has multiple adjustable straps on the side, which is important for three reasons. It means that you can adjust the fit to different amounts of clothing and you can always get a tight fit. This is important for reducing wind resistance, which is a huge factor for cyclists. The vests with only one strap at the bottom do not hug the body as well, which leaves more room for wind to get between your outermost layer of clothes and the vest. Lastly, it just looks good. Aesthetics are not as important, but it is still nice. Now for the quality: The reflective material is of an excellent grade. I do not know the official specs, but it reflects very well. The elastic is very nice, and should hold shape for a long time. I would rate the zipper as average, but there is nothing wrong with it, and it has worked fine for me. All the other components are of a good quality, and it has held up well. The only downside of this vest is that if you have a backpack and a jacket on it may strain to fit. I am 5' 11'' size large shirt, and it can handle a jacket and backpack, but not a winter coat. Otherwise the vest is pretty much perfect. I am glad to see a small company presenting a great alternative to the limited options on the market. Very pleased with it, and would highly recommend.

Good multi-purpose reflective vest
I bought this for running as the days are getting shorter, and it's hard to find time to run while it's still light out. I also bought it because it's super reflective without being a garish color - I want to be seen by cars, but not look like a crossing guard if I'm safely on the sidewalk at dusk. The vest is lightweight, comfortable, and easy to wear over a t-shirt or sweatshirt, and it has a good pocket on the back. If I'm running and have anything of size/weight in the pocket, I actually wear it backwards because (i) the pocket jostles less for my height when it's in the front and (ii) it's easier access (ie, to a phone or tissues). It's easy to put on and adjust to size, though the height is not adjustable (just the width at four points). It fits my husband who is 12" taller, so he'll wear it to walk the dogs in the winter evenings. Very happy with purchase and would recommend to others.

Excellent visibility!
Pro: I live on a busy road so I bought this vest for my commute since I’ve had trouble being seen at my bus stop most mornings. It works really well! I love the look and how in regular daylight it looks gray/black until you shine a light on it to look bright white for visibility in the dark. Awesome there was a back pocket! Since then, I haven’t had bus drivers accidentally drive past me.Con: The reason why I’m giving it 4 stars is because the adjustment straps on the shoulders and sides are weakly sewn. The second day I used it, I tried to adjust one of the straps and it fell off because it had one stitch keeping it together. It was an easy fix to sew all the straps but I was disappointed that the sewing was poor with everything else being amazing.

Low key by day, high vis by night
My husband and I use these on bike rides and they have a barely there kind of feel. Light weight and adjustable they fit me (150 lbs 6ft) as well as him (215 lbs 6 ft 6in). Sometimes we ride with large backpacks on and I can fit mine around my backpack and my body. He usually puts his vest around his backpack since it's to tight of a fit for him to put it around both the pack and himself. All in all we definitely recommend these vests, the reflective material is bright white in the car headlights at night.
