I purchased after reading comments on here. Someone mentioned that it took about a week to work - and when you're in real pain a week feels like a year. Well, I started taking them and I felt a good percentage better starting the next day, and each day after that I improved! I thought I didn't need to take them anymore after about 10 days but I was moving some items and my pain came back. Silly me. So I started on these again. I think you're supposed to take them for 6 months, so I will continue with that. Also, I took 2 each time, not 4. This product has been a miracle product for me. I have / had sciatica - especially in the lower back and lower regions, and this was the best thing I could have taken.

Like many reviews I’ve done on nutritional supplements I can’t say that there has been a positive change since I started using Bluebonnets pain and inflammation formula. Any positives are probably subtle. I take a product like this because I feel it’s important for what it has to offer. What I appreciate about Bluebonnets formula is what is included with the turmeric, like Boswelia extract, tart cherry, ginger, quercetin and bromelain. And rather than being a blend, all the ingredients are listed separately with the amount in milligrams. I believe it is a proven combination to fight inflammation and provides more support than just the turmeric alone. All this packaged in a dark glass bottle.

BUY THIS! We tried a bottle of this last month and after a few days BOTH of our deep joint and long time pain was gone! We was amazed..we will now buy this faithfully from now on. It is a bit pricey on our limited budget but it works. Less then $1 a day...we spent more than that for OTC pain relievers. I thank the Lord we decided to try it. 🙏.

Didn't see any results so I stopped using it,

I had a serious attack of inflammation, so ordered this to address my pain. It came super fast and worked well. Will order this product again to keep in my supply.

I did feel a difference. Not 100%, but do work like an 80%.

I understand that depending on your condition that not everything works for everyone the same way, but I share a common family trait with my sisters and brothers in that we are victims of heredity. My sister and brothers suffer from RA and I have arthritis, which means inflammation in the joints. My sister put me on to this when she tried it, and I found that it works to reduce the swelling and pain. Its good to be able to get a good nights sleep.
