Betty Crocker 20 Best Gluten-Free Dessert Recipes (Betty Crocker eBook Minis) Paperback – May 20, 2013

I have the g free cooking book by Betty Crocker. Nice book. Too bad that eleven of the twenty recipes are from that book.The new recipes themselves should be fine, --in fact I'm keeping this because of them, just be aware that if you already bought  Betty Crocker Gluten-Free Cooking  you won't be getting more than 9 new recipes in this collection of 20. The key to this is the word "best" in the title which implies recipes that General Mills gets lots of requests for.If you haven't got that book, then be aware that several of the reprints are from Jean Duane's recipes in that book, which means they rely on bean flours which can be problematic for some celiacs. weren't ones that I will be using- the BC gluten free cake mix I tried and was going to make a Boston Cream Our with, camec out dry, even baking it less time than recommended, and less than 1/2 height of regular cakes.I had noticed tho with their regular cake mixes, Betty Crocker was1st cake mix company to downsize their cake mixes - at least in my area.My family and friends are all VERY DISAPPOINTED that companies are downsizing their product. We would ALL prefer to pay more to keep same size we were used to using....

Just 20 Desserts. Needs to be a bigger book for the price. The book does have some nice pictures and the recipes are great, but just 20 was not enough.

This is the best recipe book! I just have trouble with it being an Ebook. I have vision in only one eye and very little short-term memory. I can't remember what it says so I have to go back and re-read it again and again!!

Hardly earth-shattering and a waste of money as measurements are all in cups, with no conversion, despite this being sold for international customers. Cakes especially need accurate measures.
