Exactly what I needed. Reasonably priced, deliciously flavored protein powder. Perfect.

Been using this brand for a few years now, and they’ve never disappointed. Really good texture & taste, always mixes super well, and no weird chemical-y aftertaste. No bloating or GI issues either. The one caveat with THIS specific flavor (Cookies & Creme) is that it tastes like 90% vanilla, 10% cookies. Still tastes good but just something to keep in mind if you want this specific flavor

it's always been hard for me to meet my protein goals and i'm always so picky with whey protein but good lord this stuff is the BEST!! i got cookies and cream and pair it with oatmilk - it's just like getting a milkshake without the guilt and stomachaches afterwards. i cannot wait to try all the flavors!! i truly love all of rival nutritions products- between this, their preworkout, and creatine i feel unstoppable! i can't wait to see what they come out with next

Tastes absolutely HORRIBLE! They must add way too much sea salt to it because it tastes like you're drinking a shaker full of salt water.

I have been using protein powders for years as part of my post-workout routine, so I have tried quite a few different brands and flavors. I picked up this cookies and cream option to change things up, and I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to drink. The flavor is mild, not overly sweet or artificial, which I actually prefer because it does not get tiring when you have it every day. The first time I tried it, I mixed it with milk in a shaker bottle right after a workout. It blended smoothly for the most part, and while there were a few small clumps at the bottom when I did not shake long enough, using a blender bottle fixed that completely. I have also mixed it with water on busier days, and it still tasted decent without the heavy aftertaste that some protein powders leave behind. Overall, this has become a fine option in my routine.

This company is really good at making sure they make a good product. A lot of protein powders pack a lot of unnecessary stuff in their mixes and that makes your drinks kinda yogurt and thick. But these people have basically put protein in there, the cookies and cream flavor mix which honestly tastes really good, and a few other nutrients. It won't be thick when you mix it and it's just what I need.
