You need these.
My wife has diabetes and gets the typical cracks and callouses that come with it, and the Pedi-sander REALLY helps keep those callouses down so they don't crack and split. This 3 pack will last her for a couple years and keep her comfortable between visits to the podiatrist. The only improvement I can think of that might be better would be a pack that came with a variety of coarseness's. I've used the medium coarse rollers myself and they work great for me.
