Snug like a glove
I bought these cards for my Terraforming Mars board game and they fit perfectly. You probably get less than a mm of top space left over but it does not cause any issues. Will purchase more for my expansions.

Inconsistent size
It bothers me that there doesn't appear to be much quality control with the actual sleeve sizes. You can expect up to ~2mm variation between the width and length of all the sleeves which doesn't sound like a ton but makes a huge difference when you're actually holding the cards and trying to shuffle or align them nicely

Perfect fitting sleeves ...for the cards.
These sleeves look fantastic on my TM cards. However ...I have a Broken Token box organizer and I can't sleeve all of the cards and get them to fit(Folded Space organizer I think holds more expansions, but I don't plan on getting more than one). My TM set includes the Prelude expansion, I have all the standard game and Prelude cards sleeved, but the optional Corporate Era cards are unsleeved. These cards would not fit in the game box if I sleeved all 70 of them as well. Otherwise, these Mayday premium sleeves are great!
