Love being able to listen in the shower! This little thing sounds pretty darn good! I wasn't expecting sound quality of this caliber. It's not a high def system, but it's pretty good for a little box speaker. My wife and I have really enjoyed it. The battery life is a bit short though. We used it for about 4 days before we had to charge it back up. Would be nice to have more time than that. That's probably only about 8 hours of actual use.

After testing the first one, we came back for more, but think that this product is WAY overpriced as of this writing at $38.95. At the $19.95 we paid, it’s far easier to overlook the weak waterproof USB cap that is semi-attached by an incredibly thin thread of ‘rubber’ that separates and gets lost very easily rendering the product NOT water-resistant. It’s also a lot easier to overlook the sometimes frustratingly ‘buggy’ controls. At $38.95 we won’t buy another one of these nor can we recommend the product.[2] We hold no ill feelings towards the constellation of top reviewers who were given free products in exchange for reviews of this product. As far as we could tell, all of them put proper disclaimers in their reviews AND we do NOT, we REPEAT, we do NOT think they are dishonest reviewers, but evaluating a FREE product (when it’s online price is less than $20 as your value frame of reference) is not the same thing as evaluating one that is very nearly DOUBLE the price at $38.95. -- Perhaps some of them feel duped like we do.[3] We think it’s misleading to give away dozens of free products in exchange for reviews AND THEN jack the price up to nearly double the original price once those reviewers who got the product for free and a few others who’ve read those reviews and bought it at a MUCH LOWER PRICE give it 5-Stars. Some used to call this kind of tactic “bait-and-switch”. Look up the phrase and call it whatever you like, we find it misleading and we don’t think it is fair play. Fair play is a minimum standard for our vendors. We know that Amazon shares this standard and demonstrates it on a daily basis. What’s your standard?From our perspective, the purpose of reviews is to help us and others evaluate a product’s value prior to purchase. To us, price is an important part of overall value. We believe that Aqua Audio’s marketing campaign of pumping positive reviews through FREE gifts and then nearly doubling the price undermines this evaluation process. AGAIN, we do NOT think that the reviewers were dishonest but all you have to do is read a book like “Influence: The Psychology of Persuasion” or “Hooked: How to Build Habit-Forming Products” to understand the value of “reciprocity” in influencing people’s actions (BTW, both books are worth buying here on Amazon).If you found this review helpful please vote for it. Once I found out there was a way to play music in the shower I knew I had to get a speaker to do it. I did a lot of researching and comparing because I didn't want to pay a huge amount, but I also did not want something really cheap that would brake easily or be bad quality. So this all led me to this this speaker, it seems to have a huge amount of positive reviews, and now I know why.The speaker is a lot louder than I expected and is pretty good quality, my only complaint is that it doesn't have that much bass. Overall I feel like you can't ask for any more from the speaker, as far as the pricing is concerned. I haven't calculated the exact time I get out of it but I've only had to charge it 3 times in the past year, that being said, I don't take super long showers.My sister bought the Aduro Aquasound also from Amazon and it was no where near as loud as this one. Overall if you are looking for a shower speaker, you definitely can not go wrong with this one!Update: The only design flaw I've found is that the rubber piece that covers the usb charging port fell off and fell into a drain. The speakers still works in the shower even if it gets wet so I guess it wasn't too bad.

This speaker is fantastic, and I believe it is a big improvement over the 5-button shower speakers out there. I initially bought one of those, I believe it was a "SoundBot," but the lack of separate volume buttons turned out to be a huge frustration. Since the volume button shared the skip button, if I wanted to raise or lower the volume just a little, I would end up either holding the button too long and making it way too loud or soft or else I would end up skipping my track and having to start it over from the beginning. Very frustrating.This product, on the other hand, gives me exactly what I need in order to use it easily. Changing the volume is simple and thankfully has nothing to do with pressing the skip button. The battery seems to last for a long time and recharges with the standard micro USB cable. Finally, the suction cup seems to adhere to my shower better than the SoundBot, which I think could very easily be a fluke, but in any case, the AquaAudio speaker has stuck to my shower wall for a few weeks straight without falling into the tub. Very good product.

I had purchased a similar unit from another company but some one found it attractive and stolr it from the outside of our RV. Since the other one I purchased from another company was out of stock I purchased this. I love my old one better because I could dial out to other number than just the last I had dialed. But this works for my major need.The sound quality is the same from the other company just not all the capabilities the other had.

Gerät gefiehl mir gut, habe es verschenkt zum Geburtstag, hat aber nur 1/2 Jahr gehalten, dann ist es runtergefallen weil der Saugnapf nicht gehalten hat, leider ist es danei kaputt gegangen sehr sehr schade.
