it worked! on plastic!!!
I bought this to cut holes in my mirror so that I can put lights threw it in the back to make a vanity and I thought my mirror was wood and it was not wood it was plastic! and it worked on plastic I drilled 20 wholes about 2 inches wide and the Mirror did not break! great Product and I’m excited about it because it comes with different sizes so I’ll definitely be using it again and the price is great you go to Home Depot and just for one of the adapted sizes you have to give $40 not including the thing that needs to connect to the drill so this is a great buy. also are used it on wood to practice like a plain thick wood and it totally works that’s how I practice before I did it on the actual mirror.

Confused on the negative reviews
I'm confused on the negative comments. For the price, what do you want? I've probably have two or three of these drill sets over the years. Why I keep losing them I have no idea, but this set is every bit as good or better. I had a lot of holes to cut and the first cut was as smooth as the last. As a suggestion, don't ever smoke them. Take your time cutting the holes, pulling out the blade and blowing out the sawdust a few times. Takes a few seconds more but a lot less wear and tear.I have no problem with the quality.

Great price. Will do the job even on dense plywood.
Bought these since the set I had was missing a size or two. Used it to cut into some very dense plywood using my drill. It got hot enough to smoke so I had to stop and let it cool a few seconds and use a wire brush to remove the wood that got stuck on the teeth, but after a couple of bites it made it through each time. No warping or damage to teeth after drilling about a dozen holes. I also liked this one because it came with one drill bit for all the hole saws, unlike another set I returned where some of the hole saws only fit the larger drill bit which was too big for my 3/8" drill.

Does the job for good price
I've used two sizes so far and no complaints at all. For my occasional use, this was a great purchase.

Worst product quality ever.
So I bought this product - gasp - to drill holes. There are two shanks, one of which is for the larger saws, and one for the smaller saws. The larger one works okay. The smaller one is utter and complete, well, fertilizer. So the way it works is this: the little drill bit has an indentation on it. You stick the drill bit into the shank, and then tighten down a little allen screw to hold the drill bit in. But the allen screw isn't flush to the surface of the shank. This leads to two problems. The first is that the allen screw is softer than a baby's bottom. Any pressure at all and it just strips out. The second problem is that you can't slide the saw down over the shank when the allen screw is protruding. So what you end up with is a drill that you can only barely make work, if at all. It's garbage. Utter and complete garbage.I tried to think of ways to get around the problem and I managed to make the holes I needed. It's really not well suited for the kind of plastic I had to drill into - it seemed to actually melt the plastic and bunch it up around the edge. That was easily fixed with a file, so that one is just a "lesson learned". But the fact that it has zero durability and is pretty much unfit for purpose is a deal breaker. I'm probably going to order a better set and run over this one with a truck. With this kind of durability, no way will it damage the tires.

Comes apart trying to get through thin plastic
I was trying to drill a 1.25" hole into a plastic project box that's about 1.5mm thick. The drill bit started the hole nicely but as the hole saw started to enter into the plastic the saw became dislodged from the screw's mandrel/chuck. Then the mandrel became disconnected from the hole saw and jammed in the plastic. I twisted the screw to get it out and then had to use a hammer to get the hole saw and the rest of the 1.25 round plastic out of the project box. This left a nasty edge on the outside of the hole of the project box. I tried sanding the edges but ended up mucking up the exterior of the box. I probably should of used a round metal shaving tool (I don't know what they're called.)

Great value
These work fine with the wood & plastic I’ve had to cut & the set cost less than buying 2 individual hole saws from Home Depot or less that one of the larger ones from there (my local store only sells individual ones).

Fits Craftsman Power Drill
I have the old fashioned Craftsman power drill that plugs into the wall. Been to 3 different stores looking for round bits to fit my drill. These fit perfectly. Was able to cut out door handles (aka: finger pulls) with then.
