Awesome for deep frying!
The media could not be loaded. This kadai is just the size I was looking for, to make deep fried foods. I wanted something that is smaller at the base, so that it uses less quantity of oil for deep frying. Can make pakoras for 3-4 people easily in this. Check out the quantity of pakoras that I could make in one go, to get an idea of the size. Moreover it’s Presige, so the quality is not compromised.

There was a small scratch to the anodised coating inside the kadhai.Cloud tail needs to do quality check of items before delivery.Looks like the box was opened and then resealed with a normal cellophane tape at the ware house.Couldtail, please do QC of items before delivery to ensure the original factory packaging are not tampered with and items daamaged.
