Really happy but Installation requires some thought. Be prepared for the rear bin not to come out!
I bought these bins for a half width standard cupboard unit and they fit perfectly. Installation is quite fiddly, but the bins obviously come out of the frame and in turn the frame does unclip off the sliders. This makes it so much easier to install and once you figure this out, it suddenly becomes fairly simple task as there are only four screws (included) to do up, although there are 12 screw positions possible. I went with 8 screws, just to be safe.Essentially, take the bins out, and place the whole frame and runners in the cupboard where you want it to be (at least three centimetres from the front) and mark with a marker pen where the screws need to go (you may have to slide the fame along the runners a little to mark all four positions). At this stage, leave the frame/runners where they are and close the door to make sure the door doesn't clang on the frame when you close it as this will be very annoying and eventually drive you insane - unless you're deaf, in which case you'll be okay...Once you have done this, remove the whole thing from the cupboard and carefully remove the bin frame from for the four plastic runner holders, leaving you with just the runners to deal with when you actually screw the screws in.Take your screws and then tap them into the marker marks with a hammer so you're not trying to screw into a flat/smooth surface in a small space. Slide the runners back into place and tighten the screws up (not too tight at this stage, but tight enough to hold everything in place.Carefully clip the frame back into the runners and slide in and out to see if the fit and run is okay, if it is, remove the frame again and fully tighten the screws (you may be able to do this without removing the frame if space allows), replace the frame (if you took it out) and put the bins back in - job done! Go you!If not running smoothly, loosen the screws a little and slide the frame (on the runners) in and out until they find their own position, then fully tighten the screws as above!Reading the other reviews I was prepared for the rear bin not to come out, and as I have a regular under surface cupboard with a drawer above, this is indeed the case. To overcome this, we just use the rear bin for domestic waste, put a bin bag inside and just remove the bag when it's full rather than try and remove the whole bin. We use the front bin for recycling and are able to remove this whole bin when it's full - simples!

Great solution with minor design flaws
Overall, we are very satisfied with the product, it does the trick and works as planned.Pros:- High quality metal structure, slides in and out without making any noise and stays in place firmly.- Fits well under the sink in the cupboard as intended.- Easy to install with 4 screws - just had to drill holes into the wood so screws grip (tools aren't included!).- Good size bin containers, fits up to 35l bags.- Loved the coloured labels which fit perfectly on the lids.Cons:- Cheap container handles, they fall off occasionally.- When fixing the bin bags with the container handles, the two containers don't fit very well and need to be squeezed in a bit - not a major issue, once done everything stays in place, but a bit of a hassle.- The metal structure doesn't extend enough for us to remove the inner bin container completely - only when removing the metal structure completely it is possible. Again, not a major issue and still possible to change bags/clean the container, but it limits the functionality of the otherwise smart design.

Bearings and tracks fell apart
Fits on cupboard no problem however the track bearings gave way within day's and not through excessive use. Needs to be more rugged

Great design
Fantastic design, great price, very easy to install, very smooth on the runners, just the right size to fit in the cupboard out of the way. Have to empty it more than our old one, but who cares it is out of the way to love it. does exactly what it says on the tin.

Do not buy does not last
I loved this product, but after only 7 months of use one of the sliding mechanisms, that allows you to pull the bin out, has come apart. Very disappointed.

OK so far
As others have mentioned, you can't get the back bin out unless you have a foot or so of clear space above it. However, it's easy to hacksaw off the metal bar that separates the two bins (also mentioned in an earlier post) and then it works as you would expect. It doesn't feel particularly robust, but so far it's holding itself together. Time will tell, I guess...

Good value but hard to remove rear most nin
Good value but when fitted as right to front of cabinet as possible (still allowing door to shut) back bin is hard to remove as it catches on edge of worktop when you lift it out, so you have to twist frame to get it out. Worktops only extend out over cabinet about 30mm so nothing unusual there.

Good bins
The same as other brands and a lot cheaper!! Would definitely but them again
