Aside from the highly competitive price, one of the top selling points is that the only other ingredient is ascorbyl palmitate--a fat soluble ester of Vitamin C (which as we all know is used as an antioxidant and is obviously helpful and an unexpected plus). Suggested dosage is 2 of the 750 mg caps per day with a meal. I take my last one about an hour or so before bed (sometimes on an empty stomach and others after a small snack) and it works wonders to relax my mind. Can't recommend this product highly enough, and haven't even mentioned its other benefits, which are not inconsiderable.

These work so well for sleep
I recently read that these helped with insomnia and decided to try them. I have been using them for about a week now and I haven't slept better in years. Not only getting to sleep but the quality of sleep and the feeling of being rested in the morning when I wake up is amazing for me. I don't struggle so hard to get out of bed and get going. So far this has been life changing. I wish I had found out about it earlier. I have tried many things herbal, OTC sleep aides and prescriptions written by the doctor. This is great.

Be aware some of the capsules might be missing some of the Gaba.
This is my third bottle that I have purchase. Not really seeing a difference compared to other brands. Plus this last order a lot of the capsules are missing the powder in them.

It works for me.
I have been using brand ofGABA for a few months now. I usually take two capsules 20 to 30 minutes before I go to bed at night. It really helps me sleep through the night. I did start out taking one capsule a day but it was not as effective as taking two.
