This item came tarnished, factory damaged, and full of little dings and dents. This item is dollar store quality and I plan on charging back.

Don't buy! Mine came out of the package with a crack in the middle, like it will snap when I put it on. Other than that it's pretty, just cheaply made, and too expensive for actually piece.

This cuff is huge! I've never considered my neck to be small and frankly I don't care for how this placidly hangs off it. (My sister thought it was a headband, and honestly it looks it.) Its probably not even the fault of the product, I just assumed it wouldn't be quite as big as it is. I'll still be using it, but I'm hoping I can tweak it a bit, and maybe reuse it for another project once I get my one use in for a costume.

I was very impressed when I pulled this piece out of its package. Shipping was super fast! (2 days)It's lightweight and fits well. It looks heavy and expensive! It wasn't a pain to put on either. I love it can't wait to rock it, I'm sure Ill get lots of compliments. I ordered the gold, I will be ordering a silver one next.

I wore it once and after it started rusting. I have a small neck and it didn't fit as expected from the picture and doesn't flex well to fit people with smaller necks.

It looks great and a decent fit only thing it kept shifting. But otherwise, perfect and I got several compliments on it!

Neck cuffs are a good value and are very lovely, as pictured, if a little painful to put on. Delivery was also very prompt.

I have never fell so guilt shopping. I gave away my hard earn dollars!! Who wasted the time to fabricate this item? I wish I could claim every cent back!!! Oh NO. this item is so unsightly.
