Very useful 16 amp extension cord, and, from Goldmedal, very reliable. Highly recommended.

Very sturdy construction. I am using with only one appliance, a front loading Samsung washing machine and it is going good. No complaints. It is having a fuse for safety and the switch, cable etc are all good heavy duty plastic. Does not feel 'china made' cheap plastic. Two points though to improve: 1) the placement of the plug points should have been designed better allowing for all plug points to be used at the same time. With the current design, depending on which products you use and how large those plugs are, you may be able to use only 2 at a time. 2) Other point is that it should have some element in the design to allow either hanging or mounted on a nail etc. We cannot simply leave it on the ground (especially in a moist environment like beside a washing machine) or leave it dangling suspended on the weight of the cable itself (bad for the connections to take the weight).

This is a very good product and of good quality. This has one 3 pin 16 A socket one 3 pin 5 A socket and one 2 pin socket. the length of the wire is 4 meter, and the wire is of very good quality. The wire has a 16 A socket and it wont work with 5 A input port. This is meant for power line outlets

This is an excellent purchase and very sturdy though. It fits for my requirement. Just be ensured that it has 15A 3pin so you must have the socket to support the same.

It's a well designed product - it's possible to pull the cable back in for storage, once you are done using the product. It also has 3 types of sockets, including a power socket which is very useful and you can use almost any type of appliance/device with it. However I find that these people send you the wrong product the first time, and I got the correct product only on complaining and returning the product received first.

It's such a high quality product that ever since I am using it, my whole room is facing earthing issue. I got multiple electricity shocks as well as my family members. After an electrician was called to check the power supply of the whole building, this product was found to be responsible for all the electrical shocks!!! JUST WOW....

It's not universal and adaptor can only fit in 16A switch board. The sockets in it are placed in such a way that it's difficult to insert other power adaptors. Also once you insert it it will be locked, that means pulling out will be difficult.

Product is off-factory well packed in double box (see first two pictures). The product gives relevant product and technical details. It's rated for both 6 A (Ampere) and 16 A plugs, which is very helpful for for example a heater, since they always come with a 16 A plug, even if they are less 1500 Watt. And the best is that it is made in India. I like that it is solid material and that I can use typical EU and North American plugs. A lot of Chinese products come with American plugs. Edit: Though I was very satisfied at first, I discovered that it is with most plug impossible to use a large (16 A) thee pin and a small (10 A) three-pin plug at the some time. The outlets are placed too close together. Downgrade one star... Too bad for such a good product! The product received is indeed as advertised: Goldmedal product code 205131, with a slight difference: the cord is red (not white as the title says at the time of writing). Though, identical as the picture. The MRP is 750, so it has a small discount (at the time of writing) on Amazon. It's a little heavy, 660 gram, but nice compact with 18 cm (5") across, and 5 cm (2") thick. On the box and in the Amazon description, the cord is advertised as 3.5 m (11.5 feet), but doesn't come further than 3.25 m (i.e. 10.5 feet). Why under deliver? Why be dishonest? If it had said 3 m or 3.20 m, I would have bought it anyway, and praised that it did more than promised. So only 4 stars then... I found it a little to unwind, as it not a lot to hold on it - it is easy to put out of your own hand. I'd like it more if it has a handle. Thanks to the quality of the product, despite the misrepresentation of the specs, if need to buy again, I'd buy this again, but then probably a 5 (16 ft) or 8 meter (25 ft) one.
