Computer keep going to sleep in 1 Minuit and shuts off by the next day and i have set for to turn monitors off in 30 minuets and to never turn off hard drive. and nobody seems to be able to fix this.

Refurbished junk!
Absolute garbage. A refurbished computer from somebody's office with Microsoft software that crashes all of the time. Beware!!
