Seems defective
Plugged in 6s plus and it would not access card. After playing with turning around I got it to connect. Seemed ok, started to back up pictures. Was taking so long I went to bed. Woke up and the phone can not read it and no light comes on when I plug it in. Got 2 one fore my wife, her 7s Plus iPhone started to back up, got less then half way copying and went dark. I can read both on my MAC, but will not work in phones. Both bad? Two different phones? Apple software shut it down?? I have no clue but is not working as the ad and videos stated. Update, still trying to find out why it stops working during photo backup. Yes there is a lot of pics on the phone 16G, but space on this device is not the issue. Is it getting hot? Is the app the issue?

PIECE OF JUNK!
AVOID THIS LIKE THE PLAGUE. I spent about three hours trying to get this thing to work. I watched YouTube videos and tried to read the incomprehensible Chinglish instructions. Could not get it to transfer photos.

very disappointed
Initially, this was awesome. I liked being able to work on my iPad and computer with one thumb drive. However the interface on the iPad is a bit awkward and doesn't always work. On the computer, more and more, it is getting error messages (PC only) that there is something wrong with the drive and needs to be repaired. Doesn't have any error messages when plugged into my Mac laptop. Also, files on the drive are getting corrupted, I can't open some and get messages from the program (Microsft Word, for example) that it cannot read the file and it cannot correct/salvage the file. I go to my backup thumb drive that has the exact same files and there isn't anything wrong with them. They open just fine. This is becoming more and more prevalent and it is getting frustrating to use this thumb drive. It is unreliable. I very rarely give bad reviews, but I am going to have to buy a new drive to replace this one, and I bought it back in September, or around there. Very disappointed.

Corrupted Files -- Avoid this device
At least two failures for this product:1. I backed up my photos and videos to this ONTOTL flash drive using their app. However, it skipped copying at least 66 percent of my files.2. A couple days later, I went to view the photos stored and most of them are now corrupt and cannot be viewed correctly if at all. Some of the pictures have blank lines in them (vertical lines where previous image data is not there) and others just cannot be viewed.Don't waste your money on this device. It is not safe to trust backing up your photos and data to if you ever want to see it later. You have a high probability of never seeing the pictures again.

Quit Working After 1-Backup
This would have been returned had I been more diligent about backing up my phones photos (the reason I bought it), as I used it one time to back everything up after it arrived, and it seemed to work fine, but I just tried to back up my photos again and the connection plugs won't connect. The micro Apple USB is inserted, but the software keeps say "Insert USB" so basically I've spend $30 on something that really I never even used. Disappointing to say the least. If I were someone who used this everyday, I guess I could maybe see the pug might go bad, but the unit has literally been sitting in a drawer just to do photo backups. MAYBE I GOT A LEMON...but their support ran out and returns are expired even thought I haven't even had it a year....maybe there is a reason they don't guarantee their products for a full year?!

Maybe technophiles can use this easily, but avoid it otherwise
I never observed that this drive did not function as designed, but that proved to be unfortunate. It appears to be soundly made, but the iPhone connector is too short to insert into the phone without removing your phone from any case it is in first. If this was the only problem, I'd consider it trifling. Then the real fun begins. The first thing I noticed about the drive's software is that the interface messages are written in atrocious pidgin English. Some examples, from tips displayed during downloading: "Worry about the phone no electricity? With usb-side connection charger try", "Delete the system album has been imported photos, you can release the space", "Import photos more, you can try background import function". As far as I could determine, there is no way to recharge the iPhone with the drive installed... perhaps the usb-side charger, not included, is available as an upgrade? I dunno. Decoding the other examples is left as an exercise for the reader.Far more serious was my abject inability to get the device to download anything other than videos. It showed and listed all of more than ~2600 pics, but never moved more than one .jpg file. When I selected all, and hit "Ok", it gave me this: "iCloud photos, need to download from the system album, you can import", accompanied by a button with the label "Know". Clicking on "Know" just dismissed the message, which reappeared if you clicked "Ok" again. If you can decipher this, then this drive might be the one for you. As for me, I am going to try another brand. Oh, and trying to use the "Help" file, all 4-5 pages of it, didn't really "Help" much... the screenshots were too small to read, and when expanded, had too low a resolution to read expanded!

Doesn't work
Product looks OK. Instruction sheet poor and screens don't match actual screens. Put several hours into trying to make this work with iPhone and IPad and photos won't download. If they're there they don't show up on PC when thumb drive is connected. The problem may be the instructions. I'm not wasting more time and I am going to return the item. as defective. Just connect iProduct to PC and go from there.

Does not Work as designed
The unit backed up the I-Phone 11 Pro Max on the first attempt. Every time it was plugged into the phone after the initial back up, it gave an error message that the phone did not recognize the unit
