Breakage in Shipping !!!
Gift recipient grew up in Croatia so the brand was very familiar. I hesitated gifting as I sensed these delicate cookies might have suffered breakage in shipping. True enough, she shared some had indeed were broken but said it didn’t bother her. It did irritate ME. Tasty and a reminder of a Croatian childhood.

delicious but overpriced
My grandma served me that for breakfast 50 years ago in Croatia. They are delicious. Go well with dipping in tea or coffee. But they are severely overpriced on Amazon. They cost 2 euros in a Croatian supermarket. A simple Google search will show numerous places in the US that sell them for up to $4 per box. I have no idea who buys them on Amazon for over $14. I can get 3 boxes for that price.

Cookies are damaged
Box and cookies are crushed and chocolate was melted.

Fraud!
The cookies were not edible. They were old dry and all broken. I bought them as a gift and they weren’t edible!

Delicious Cookie
Tried these cookies on vacation in Croatia. I had to order more when I came home. It's a nice cookie with a light coating of chocolate on the bottom. Perfect cookie with tea or coffee!
