i bought a peach wood travel size comb at a dollar store (my first wooden comb ever) and loved it and thus decided to invest in a nice sandalwood set. my hair is thick and straight. i threw away my brush and only use these combs now. they are solid and well made. i was concerned from the photos that they might be too shiny and glossy, but they're not. they're smooth and have a nice 'polished' feel to them, but they are not at all slippery (not even with moisturized hands). i like the wide and fine teeth equally. my hair is even softer than before. the carrying pouch is a nice bonus and will come in handy next time i travel. i'm very, very happy with these combs!

I use the handled comb every morning to style my beard, and it works great. Very sturdy construction, has some heft to it, and the beard products I use seem to work nicely with the sandalwood. The pocket comb is also nice, but I feel that some of the teeth are getting 'deformed' since I keep that in my back pocket. Over all, I would 100% recommend these to anyone looking to get a wood comb. These are sturdy, well constructed, and smell very pleasant.

You can tell they are super high-quality just by holding them. And for some reason the wood has an extremely pleasant scent to it. My goatee is still a bit too short to necessitate combs, so I’m still only brushing. But I can’t wait to really get into using these combs.

I LOVE these combs. They smell so good and they do a great job of getting out tangles and knots. They also spread natural hair oils down the hair shaft, as well as dry shampoo when you spread out wash days. My daughter even loves them so I’ll be getting her a set.

The color is this dark Brown with many hues of brown running though it. Smells so good. The small double sided comb I use for my beard and the regular comb for my hair. It works so wonderfully and well made.

I bought this because my boyfriend couldn't find his old one that came with a shaving set. He LOVES this one more than he liked his last one. Great quality and works great.

Very study and well made. Doesn't work as well as I hoped for long hair.
