It sure does. You'll need a harness and to reprogram the PCM to utilize them though. I forget if your PCM is the later one, like my '05 H2, but you should be able to see Nelson Performance website for those answers. Physically - it'll fit no problem though. You may need to rent the water pump pulley tool from Autozone or something and need to remove a radiator hose, but with enough patience and maneuvering, it should drop in just fine.Chuck

Yes as long as your old fans have 7 and 9 blades. If your old fans have the 5 and 7 blade use part#620-653

Q: Looking at the picture of the plug, which terminal is positive and which is negative?

I forget, but I tested which is which by just applying battery power through the fans until they were pulling air through the radiator, rather than push it out of the front.
