Best Sherry Vinegar, period
This is the best Sherry Vinegar, in my opinion, for the price, on the market. It's not overly sweet, has just the right piquancy, and it's really my "go-to" vinegar for just about everything. A must have for gazpacho! Marvelous on salads! Yum!

Roland, really?
Recommended by America's Test Kitchen. Don't usually care for sherry vinegars, but a 'finger tip' taste seems like the flavor will be good. Concerned because the lid was not put on completely and some vinegar leaked out. I assume vinegar doesn't go bad, but don't know if exposure to air will dull or change the taste. It did initially ship from Europe, so no telling how long the lid has been slightly loose.

The 50 BMG of vinegars.
Potent and very flavorful, don't use too much though or it will show you the pimp hand. It's very hard to find and I only stumbled across this by accident, however I would recommend anyone who likes vinegar to try it at least once.

Pass!
I know sherry wine vinegar and this is not the flavor it should be. taste more like regular vinegar. I would send it back but you cant send food back and dont feel like fighting it. The one you get at whole foods brand 360 is way better and half the price.

Great buy
I've used it so far to make salad dressing. It's delicious! I can't wait to use it in sauces and stews to add another layer of flavor. I've not tried any other brand and by no means am I an expert when it comes to sherry vinegar but I enjoy the flavor.

Sherry Vinegar
Unfortunately, there was no option for me to click on to give my comment. As of yet, I have not used it but the only complaint I have is that I cannot find ANY Sherry Vinegar in stores, and the SHIPPING cost to order it from you is, I feel, VERY COSTLY.

Very Good
Came nicely packaged in bubble wrap. I tend to use these finishing vinegars on soups, gives a very nice acid finish.

meh
I'm sure I was spoiled by the sherry vinegar I got from theTio Pepe bodega in Jerez - this one was much higher acidity. It beats most typical grocery-store vinegars, but I was hoping for a milder, more complex taste.
