Yankee Candle Cream Petal Wax Burner

Psched this item at a lower price than other colours in same design were offered at... have read that some of these cream bowls have cracked early on in use... 2hrs into lighting? ... but i dont have any problems with mine, ALthoUGH I have a habit of lighting candles and dousing them out after an hour or so.. usually because i find the scent (Yankee Candles) very pleasing after this initial burn time... and it lingers well for a few hours, flamefree - by which time i can relight if wanted (might 'habit' may b because the sticks/cones/coils i usually burn are 20-40min alight before expiring naturally).The item is very sturdy.. the bowl lifts off(could possibly have done with a deeper recess to hold it a bit more securely, but it hasnt thrown itself off the stand, yet) the iron frame for easy emptying/cleaning. At the end of burn time probably best to empty it just before wax residue sets firmly into shape of bowl ? as the instructions advise not putting the bowl in the freezer to help release the leftovers-and not to use a sharp implement to dislodge leftovers either.The tealight sits snuggly between the upcurling feet of the the legs, on the tray, no chance of it sliding off.Im glad i purchased the item, im pleased with its performance and appearance but If i do have any problems i will try to update this review.

This looked like an ideal burner for Yankee Candle tarts and initially it worked well but when burning the latest red berry tart I noticed a little puddle of wax underneath. Closer inspections revealed a crack from base all the way up through one of the petals. In all the burner has managed 2 tarts before cracking so not good value (especially as Yankee themselves appear to be selling this for much less at the moment too). Unlike many others I didn't hear the crack and the dripping was slow so not too dangerous this time thankfully.

This has a lovely size dish and can take a full size wax melt. The dish feels sturdy and of quality. There is quite a gap between the dish and the frame but it doesn't stop the melt from melting. I used an eight hour tealight which worked just fine. I bought the melts on Amazon in a box of 24 and I think I paid £24 for them. Worked brilliantly with the dish. The product came in a Yankee Candle box and looks the real deal. I'm happy with it.

Bought so many for myself, and to give them as gifts! Everyone ABSOLUTELY LOVED them! it burns without becoming black on the sides, and you can wash it in between use. Have had mine for years and it still seems new! perfect when you want to just relax or create a perfect atmosphere for when you have people over!! cant recommend enough!

Got this for my son and his partner and they loved it. It can be used with wax melts or oil. It looks gorgeous. This is the second one I have bought, as I got a red one for myself.
