Fills me up and does not taste too bad for a meal in a glass. Be 5 stars if it wasn't a little grainy. Tossing in something creamy like avocado or yogurt helps. Works pretty good as a meal replacement when I am on HCG diet I just don't do a full scoop.

Absolutely delicious and nutritious!
Ultimate Meal is my all-time favorite smoothie. Reading other reviews, I'm dumbfounded, as I find Ultimate Meal delicious, no matterwhat I use as 'add-ons', my favorite being frozen blueberries as ice. Yes, it is thick, and directions advise that one chew. I understandreason for chewing, but it's not like that's necessary, i.e. it IS a liquid.Ultimate Meal is made from wonderful, healthy ingredients. I research everything and am big reader of info on Dr. Mercola's website, I'vefound nothing on the market that comes close to the quality ingredients used in this product. BTW, I've been using this for over 10 years,returning to Ultimate Meal everytime I've tried something else.Aside: customer service for the company is fabulous. They are happy to answer any questions and seem sincere in motivation to help usall be healthy. As a former student of Ayurveda, I firmly believe we are what we eat, and I've appreciated Ultimate Life making it easyto have excellent nutrition I can have 'on the run'.
