It does provide the deep penetrating heat and the variable intensity and timer work correctly. I wish it had more surface area to reach the upper 6 cervical vetrebra it should be twice it's heating area.. Temp and timer works as it should low middle high heat 15 30 60minute.timer.

Good product for travel. It is easy to use and heats up nicely. It lacks a little in the comfort department, it isn't uncomfortable, just not really comfortable either. I would recommend.

I got this for my dad because he's had issues with his neck since being in a car accident years ago. The first thing I noticed about the product was that it is definitely portable. If you wanted to bring this with you traveling then you absolutely could. I also really like that it uses a USB outlet for charging because it's really convenient in that sense. He seems to really like it and has been using it every night so I'm glad I got it.

I’ve been using this for the last few days, I love it! I walk a lot and always on my feet, so I also use it for my thighs and legs, and it does the job! I’d highly recommend it!
