This product just wasn't for me. The shakes my my stomach hurt, i was tired all the time from eating so few calories and i only lost about 6lbs in the two weeks that i made myself follow this diet. The energy drink mix ins i was not able to stomach. They were terrible! Its a good buy considering what it cost from a distributor but was not pleased with the diet overall. I am much happier with weight watchers where i eat whatever i want in moderation and excercise regulary and ive lost about 50 pounds in 6 months and am keeping it off. In my experience these get slim quick diets don't work in the long term so my advice would be to save the money and do something that is going to last.

I have been on this diet all of 2 days and it is working out okay so far. I read a lot of reviews prior to purchasing and I can say that you WILL have to eat with the shakes... small snacks or what have you. I have also paired this with raspberry ketones and green coffee extract. The combo of all of it is working well. I can say that the taste of the shake mix isn't as offensive as other protein shake powders, but I really don't like not having enough mix ins come with the kit. I have found that sugar-free pudding mixes work well as substitutes though. You can definitely make things interesting. My favorite so far is the Wendy's Frosty Shake. Make the shake with ice cubes, chocolate almond milk and white chocolate pudding mix. It's like cheating but not!

The reason why i said i don't like it because when i started the shakes and the other items that comes with it, something in the ingredients gave me allergy reaction. I started itching all over my body so i had to send the product back but i know some friends that does this and it work perfectly for them. Everybody is different, what works for somebody else don't mean it will work for you. I wish i could take this product because i heard it does work.

This is the first kit that I tried. I worked for me. I love the taste and felt satisfied. Make sure to drink lots of water and your 2 snack and 1 meal and you will see results. I have ordered from this seller lots. Very fast delivery. Product is just as pictured.

This is a rip off. I ordered the entire transformation kit and received only part of it. There were no supplements included or directions on how to use it. Then to top it off there was no packing slip included to tell me what was supposed to be in fact shipped. I sent it back and hope for the best as far as a refund.

The program is easy to follow and flexible, the flavors are yummy and it's working. I skipped the first couple weekends due to travel and then i ran out of milk, but I am still losing weight. The water flavors are a bit weird, so i decided no to use them.

Great products. My only complaint is that they advertise 60 meals between the two bags of shake mix and it says on each bag 24 servings. Thats only 48 meals between the two bags. There used to be 30 meals to a bag.
