Delicious and easy
Excellent fab result... easy to mix and bake came out perfect and nicer than my gluten cakes... I added some coffe and nuts... at the time of the virus I couldn't find any singular packs so had to buy this pack of 5.... so coat more than I wanted to spend for a celiac friend but was so delicious I will use them all.

One of the Best cake mixs!
Been buying these mixs for a while, they are so easy to use and taste nice not too sweet. Generally use two packs for a Victoria sandwich or one pack for fairy cakes.

Best Free From Cake Mix!
This is my go-to cake mix & it's great buying in bulk so I always have them in the cupboard. I usually make large fairy cakes in muffin cases & have enough mixture to make 9 of these. The cakes always come out beautifully light & fluffy, with a slight biscuity crunch to the outside & a great flavour. All the family love them!

Good for people who are gluten intolerant
Bought this to make a sponge for my daughter-in-law. Tried it myself and it made a fairly nice sponge cake. I would definitely recommend for people with a gluten intolerance and I will use it again for myself. Made a nice victoria sandwich with jam and fresh cream in the middle.
