I bought these for my teen daughter who has been struggling with anxiety, depression, mood swings, and hair loss for almost a year. She is on week 3 of taking the vitamins and surprisingly her hair loss has slowed down a bit and her hair appears healthier and thicker. It seems like it would be too soon to be the case, however, she has more hair growth at the top of her head coming in than previously noticed. She has not changed any of her hair products. Additionally, she seems more interested in talking to the family and her mood swings seemed to have lessened. Who knows, maybe it’s a placebo effect, but our family will gladly take the positive changes. She still has her days where she is struggling emotionally, but overall she too has noticed a difference in how she has been feeling for the better.
