It's not real fur but this is SUCH a great coat it's worth the purchase. My little girl has worn it for about two years now, it just gets shorter as they grow. Lovely.

My daughter is very tall for her age she’s at the top of the 99 percentile and in 2-3 year old clothing but this coat is generous in size so I ordered 18-24month and she still has growing room in it.
