Yes its self curing silicone glue.. But the actual price product on carton is ₹139 they sell at 200 by scratching the MRP with marker(cheap tricks). Never seen items sold in Amazon greater than the MRP... Shocked..!!

Q: can it be used on the PCB ?

Yes but it takes time to harden. But it sticks almost all surfaces.

Q: Is this heat proof ,can i use this product to fix a plastic product to my car front glass ?

This product isn't heat proof .. you can check anabond 666+ for same. I don't have detail about plastic fixture of same. It works like any silicon sealant.
