Heard a lot about Himalayan Mountain Salt. Lots of goodness in this product. Good for people suffering from blood pressure, diabetes etc. I bought this as a part of weight loss recipe that includes 1tsp Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Pinch of Clove, Pinch of Cinnamon, Small piece of Ginger, Green Tea and 1Tblsp honey. A tiny pinch of Himalayan Salt does the magic in this recipe. I hope you all like it. Its a bit bitter and sweet taste but it does it's work well. You all can add a bit more honey if you all like it. Remember good things come with bitter experience.

The product was even better than I had imagined. Can be sprinkled on almost all food items, and has an impeccable taste. Also use it as a bath salt sometimes, proves to be very therapeutic. The winning quality however, was the delivery and packaging, and I could tell the item had been packed and shipped with lots of love. Would recommend Our Organik Tree for sure!

Himalayan salt is no better than a regular salt except for trace(minor) minerals which hardly meet human body daily requirements given that we can only eat a small amount of salt daily, check wikipedia which I did after purchasing. It does add a little bit of flavor though but the cost is way high to justify it.

Second time buying Rick salt but first time this brand. Just got his delivered today but unfortunately I noticed a hair strand in it. Asked the wife as well to confirm it was hair and not some thread or something. Didn’t taste the product yet though. 3 star for the packaging and the timely delivery.

Has a unique taste...kind of satiating for the taste buds...very different than the regular common salt we use, which when over consumed, tends to give us the instant urge to grab something sweet... immediately after a sumptuous meal.I am guessing, this could be the Real /Natural salt that our body craves for!Cos I reckon, it kinda balances the Rasas ( digestive juices) and blends well with the saliva.

Not sure about this salt, first of all it contains just a very little more amount of minerals than table saltwhich i just recognised, and it is pricey like 500gm for almost 200, doesnt change anything coz salt is salt u cant like eat salt much

In the image it shows a jar packaging, but actual packaging was of Plastic bag. So kind of started doubting on the quality of the product also.

I have prepared Sole solution and adding a tea spoon of it in my soaked chia seeds and consuming it every morning since a month. I noticed that the combination of Chia + Sole solution helped with my bloating issues.I also replaced regular salt with this pink salt, usually 2-3 pinches daily, and personally having no side effects.Thank You.
