This company mailed the wrong product and it's a very difficult process, and expensive, to try to return them. They are also of poor quality. Do not waste your money or your time with these boots. Look for a different product.

Ordered the light brown, but they are VERY dark brown ...... like almost black. Like the previous feedback, process to return is not worth the effort or money. I will keep, but wish they were the color shown in the picture… still gave 3 stars bc the fit and quality are good.

Boots shipped directly from China. Arrived with absolutely no markings of any kind. Like they were taken fresh off the factory floor before they had been marked with any brand. It was odd. They also had a strong chemical odor. I had to leave them outside for almost a week before it went away enough to wear them. Sizing as expected and they are comfortable to wear. They were advertised as genuine leather but I’m not so sure. The heel isn’t as high as it looks in the pictures. They look like counterfeits. Overall, happy for the price.

Wow don't waste your money.they are cheap plastic,advertised as leather.I have been waiting for almost two months for a refund.I paid to send them back,now have no boots and paid for shipping.NEVER AGAIN.

Love these so much. Had them a while now and they are really comfy to wear all day and look great.

I should have gotten a slightly smaller size. But these are cute.

I wear a 9.5 or 10 and ordered a 10. the 10 was so big so I am giving to a friend. Then I ordered a 9 which are perfect. These boots have a rubber heel and they are so comfortable which is why I ordered another pair.
