Well it does its job but gives more of loose motion feeling, tastes very bad, one spoon is enough more will cause trouble. I was happier with dabur nature care double action than this

Use it every day. Good value and effective

It works well. Just try and experiment with different dosages as different people need different quantities. A little more than a spoonful works for me. The taste is good and it doesn't feel like taking a medicine.
