My son has this vest and told me I needed one. I’m so glad I listened. This vest is AMAZING! It fits beautifully and feels great. I chose to get 2-20# plates, for a total of 40#, and the padding on the shoulders as well as the perfect weight distribution makes it feel like it’s a part of me instead of the floppy vest I had before. The Velcro is strong and sturdy, material is high quality, and changing out the plates is made easy by the thoughtful design. I thought that carrying rectangular plates would feel awkward, but it doesn’t at all. I highly recommend this vest.

Great weighted vest option. Vest is built extremely sturdy and is comfortable to wear. I feel like this vest will last a very long time. I like that you can change the weights to accommodate as your strength increases.

If you want a piece of exercise gear that will last longer than you, this is your huckleberry. It's made seriously tough to handle the worst punishment you can put yourself through. And it's been vetted by some heavy hitters who know a thing or two about ruckin. This thing holds between 10 and 60 lbs. That's incredible when you think about how long this vest will be with you - and where else are you going to get that kind of return on your investment?

really wanted to like this vest, especially given the brand's reputation and the constant praise from fitness influencers, but this was a massive disappointment. This was my first GORUCK purchase, and it will likely be my last. Here is why I’m returning it: • The Plate System is a Disaster: Getting the weighted plates in and out is an absolute nightmare. It shouldn't be a cardiovascular workout just to set up your gear. • Aggressive, Poorly Designed Velcro: While the Velcro is certainly strong, it’s so unwieldy that it makes changing plates a genuine struggle. I ended up wasting 10 minutes of my workout time just fighting with the vest to get the weights adjusted. • Influencer Hype vs. Reality: After using it, I’m convinced the online hype is just grifting. There is no way anyone actually using this for daily training finds this design "efficient" or "good." I’m sending this back and ordering a Rogue vest instead. If you actually value your training time and don't want to spend half your session wrestling with your equipment, stay away from this one.

I’m a 235 pound muscular guy. I was wearing a backpack with weights, while walking a few miles daily, and I wanted to try this vest. My first impression is it’s very well built. The second one is it may not be suitable for anyone much larger than myself. I think I’m about at the limit for girth and it’s expandable Velcro strap system. I have only used flat plates, and I would like to try the curved for a little more natural feel. I definitely recommend for anyone 220 and under who is in shape, and has a more athletic build.

Mi primera queja es el hecho de que para ajustar las correas de los hombros, tienes que meter la mano hasta adentro de donde está la sujeción de la placa, por lo que es bastante difícil ajustarlas parejas o continuamente.
