I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this machine. I didn't think I would - but I do. I don't like owning a lot of kitchen devices as I have a small kitchen. Additionally, I think people often buy the newest fad and then the machine doesn't get used. I limit myself to the bare necessities in kitchen appliances. I researched this before purchasing and figure I could return it if it didn't perform well. This design is totally different from other air fryers. I purchased an air fryer for a friend and while the thing worked it was bulky and I couldn't figure out how one could actually clean the thing out. I think the oil and debris must accumulate or the high temps sanitizes the machine. I never wanted to own one until I saw how Ninja turned the traditional air fryer design upside down. Unlike all the other air fryers, this design it so very easy to clean because the cooking element of the sits on top of the glass containers. The bowls can be stored in the freezer or refrigerator. Not sure if they are safe for microwave or not. This is so more than an air fryer as it bakes, roasts, grills, etc. Ninja doesn't advertise the machine as a low calorie way to cook but it should. Any fats from the meat one cooks or oils added to the food ends up at the bottom of the container. Saves lots of calories when using the grill function. The two glass dishes are incredibly easy to clean. One would think with the high temperatures that food would bake on and be difficult to remove. It isn't. This glass is somehow different and cleaning is easy and simple. Mostly just with soapy water and a sponge unless especially dirty then scrubber side of the sponge might be needed. Cooking has been so very easy. Since it take relative little time to cook say chicken thighs (10 min), I can cook them and then cook some vegetables (5 min) without the meats getting cold. Or I've been able to partially cook some baby potatoes and then stack chicken on top and finish cooking both together. I've cooked everything from tater tots to marinated tofu and everything has turned out great. As with everything there is a learning curve in determining how long to cook something. When cooked correctly chicken thighs have turned out crispy on the outside while still moist. I cook marinated tofu to be used as either a high protein snack or to be later added to a stir fry. Believe it or not my dog absolutely loves the tofu I have been making in this Ninja. I mean she LOVES it. I have been using this machine several times a week which is highly unusual for my don't-really-like-to-cook cooking style. The smaller bowl is the right size for one to two people, while the larger bowl is sized for larger portions. With the larger bowl I was able to cook two Cornish Hens. Their picture showing it cooking a whole chicken is wishful thinking IMO. I don't think possible unless that is a very small chicken. I find grilled vegetables come out great, as do baked potatoes and roasted mini potatoes. Grilled eggplant and peppers have been very tasty. I have attempted a sort of stir fry but since vegetables require different cooking times I found that sequencing the vegetables too time consuming. No fault of the machine as I was asking it to do something it was not designed to do. I tried their tater tot recipe and it was pretty good. I keep trying to create new ways to use this machine and know I have not yet explored its limits. Sometimes if I put too much food into the smaller bowl I will get foods slightly stuck onto the heating element. But never had any problem removing that food. I have not tried baking cakes or anything of that sort but plan to try sometime. This is one of the most versatile machine I have come across and the reason I would buy it again. I've started to enjoy cooking again due to this little machine.

Best little air fryer! It is suitable for small meals or slightly larger ones. It is very easy to use and also easy to clean.

Review after one year of use: Pros: Overall very useful, quick and easy to make simple meals, we probably have used the Crispi twice a week over the last year - definitely worth the money. Cons: The tray which holds the food has 4 corner pads to hold it in place -- they are too small to be snug, so the tray often tilts/falls down on one corner while cooking. Also I find it really difficult to keep clean as the heat source is so close to the food. For this reason I will probably replace it soon.

First, we already have a Ninja air fryer and have used it extensively. It has served us well. No complaints, no issues. Then, we saw the Crispi...and then we heard others talk about it. So, we grabbed one. What a difference. 1. the cooking area is larger 2. The cooking options are very well defined 3. All the electronics are in the top part, so to clean the bowl you just take the bowl and wash it. Done. Ready to cook again. 4. If you have leftovers and don't want to transfer to small containers, slap the lid on and put the whole thing in the refrigerator. 5. Easy to clean the power top using a simple washcloth. 6. It's simple to operate...no setting temperature settings. 7. There is a difference between crisp and max crisp. If you want a little extra cooking on something, go for max crisp. I love the setting. I still use our original air fryer, but only when somebody else beats me to the Crispi.

Love the Ninja Crispi! Makes cooking a breeze without heating the house with the oven and it cleans up quite easily. Use it all the time.

I have other Ninja products so I was excited to purchase this. I like the ability to see my food through the glass and the look is futuristic . This is also easy to store. However, it is not child friendly . The top is weighted which most children would not be able to lift without the possibility of dropping it. That said I am concerned for the longevity because of the constant lifting. Unlike normal air fryers where you just open the drawer. Also the glass is thick BUT if you were to drop it you would have to replace it. All in all it cook really well.

I absolutely love this Ninja air fryer! It’s perfect with the two pba glass containers that come with it. It performs so well and is really easy to use. It’s very quiet and I have made several meals in it that have turned out great! I’m a very healthy eater so I enjoy eating fish and veggies and some chicken which works well with the Ninja! It also makes great sweet potato fries! I use avocado oil spray when cooking with it and the clean up is easy.

I really enjoyed my Ninja glass air fryer. The fitting of the power lid is perfect for the glass bowls and also the controls is a lot easier to to control the settings at your liking. It is almost dishwasher safe and friendly and it fits perfectly on counter top or you can place it in your cabinet. The durability is fantastic. Ther is no odor however I can smell the food as it cooks. This product also heats up your food or you can bake it or air fry your meals even your deserts. The Ninja air fryer also has a great performance with heating and this product never failed me. It works very well for pastas and dips as well even with seafood such as salmon my favorite protein I cook. This is the great item so far I have used as part of my cooking. Very fast and efficient with less effort.
