How many sprays does this bottle contain and if I used everyday, how long will the bottle last? Thanks

HiThe directions on the bottle says to spray 5-10 times on the area of concern The bottle it's self contains 800 sprays in total. So if you was to spray 10 days a day it would last 80 days which is just over 2 and a half months.I hope this helps :)

can you swallow the spray?

Magnesium Flakes, Magnesium Oil Original spray and Magnesium Soak are all perfectly safe to ingest. The purity of our source actually makes them all pharmaceutical grade products. They are safe for human consumption and are actually used in organic baby food as an alternative to sodium chloride. However, as magnesium is a natural relaxant if you take a large dose orally it can have a laxative effect. Using it as a transdermal product means that it avoids processing by the digestive system and so too avoids the laxative effect; therefore you can take larger doses through the skin. We have also found in our trials that transdermal magnesium can increase the body's magnesium levels up to 5 times faster than oral supplements.

Can this be used on your Scalp?

Hello Mary, I did use it around my ears and on my scalp, but would advise you use it with caution. I found that it did ease the symptoms I was suffering from, but it also left me with a numb feeling I was not 100% comfortable with. I'm not sure why I felt like this, and it may only be appropriate to my circumstances, but my advice would be to try it, see how it goes and if you feel the same probably don't use it on that area again. In terms of the oil, it is very effective and would absorb well into the scalp/skin.

Is this product suitable whilst breastfeeding?

i imagine it's fine - but i'd ask a pharmacist if i was you
