California Costumes Medusa Snake Headdress Standard

This was a fun headpiece for Halloween. It is sturdy, readily stays in place with a comfortable elastic band, and provided a big impact. I paired it with a long, black, light-weight cotton bathrobe and a long, adjustable snake bracelet - easy Medusa costume!

I wanted to be the Versace logo for Halloween. I got the head piece and it was the perfect size! Comfortable to wear and light. I wanted a little more bling so I spray painted it and added glitter. Held the paint and glitter great! Highly recommend to accessorize your look! Great purchase!

This thing is as big as it looks in the pictures. It is a cheaply made item that looks very realistic and impressive! It does not bend and you may need to add a band or something to reposition it on your head. The snakes look very cool! Don't let anyone touch them or get too close! Overall, a very nice addition to a Medusa or Egyptian style costume. Look forward to using this at an event soon. Will hang on the wall when not in season because it looks that cool!

The elastic band is not very wide so the weight of the crown doesn’t stay up. Cheap you get what you pay for

It’s plastic but not cheap plastic. It’s a perfect fit and comfortable to wear for long periods of time. I’m happy with the purchase.

I like the color of this product. I purchased two for me and my adult daughter to wear as part of our Medusa/medusa sister costumes. There is a very thick foam attachment at the front which secures the snake part of the headdress. It goes across your forehead with an elastic band at the back. The piece is not well balanced - the top part leans back instead of straight up. Seems it would fit better with a headband type of attachment that goes across the top of the head but that's not what it is. It is an elastic band that is expected to hold the piece securely across your forehead. It's a fail. It was a waste of money for me.

I had an old Medusa costume I was going to recycle but lost the snakes... they were very flimsy and cheap and probably bent up in storage anyway. This was PERFECT! it's much more durable. It's a little heavier but it has a nice forehead pad so you don't feel the plastic. It will get many more years of use when i recycle that costume again in a few years! 😉 👻

Loved this! Bought as part of a Halloween outfit and was not disappointed; looks and feels great and got lots of compliments. Only downside was cost as had to come from US (to UK)
