Before I get started, I will mention that I've only had the protector on for a day but I can instantly tell that this is one of the best if not THE BEST tempered glass protector I've personally used. I haven't tested it's ability to actually protect the screen in a drop so the true purpose of it's main functionality may be up for discussion. With that, I'll say over the years I've purchased many screen protectors for all sorts of mobile devices and most if not all were average but serviceable. Well here starts my actual review so far and my initial impression is this glass protector takes it to the highest level.Firstly, the ease of installation is worthy to be mentioned. There is a video link to follow which is good and before you even install the protector, there's an insert card telling you to immediately put your display to high sensitivity due to the thickness of the protector which is great for folks who otherwise may run into an issue with non responding screen once the glass is installed. There's not only wet & dry wipes, but there's a sticky fine lint grabber included which comes in extremely handy when cleaning the screen prior to installation. These are the small things that lets me know as a consumer that the manufacturer is focused on customer satisfaction.Secondly, once the protector is installed, it's an absolute PERFECT fit for the Note 9. There is no bubbling, no shadowing under protector, no rainbow Halo effect, it is just a crystal clear glass protector that looks attractive on the phone.Thirdly, the protector is very case friendly and durable. I was concerned that pushing/cramming the phone in my snug cases would potentially crack the glass from the pressure like other protectors I've purchased in the past but to my surprise, the glass felt extremely firm. Once the glass protector is in place, it doesn't slide, creak, or bend when you insert the phone into the case.Lastly, this is an amazing value given the quality of this glass protector. This is an A-1 product and I'm very satisfied with it. I highly recommend this product for the Note 9 and I will purchase ONLY THIS protector for replacement should I crack the protector in a drop. I've used glass protector from 3 different manufacturers on 3 different phones, I have to say this is the one with the easiest installation in terms of bubble-free installation. The other two I had some bubbles at first that had to be scraped out. This one is completely bubble-free, and fairly easy to install after following the instruction video.The protector fits well to the front camera etc holes as well. The edges are covered and fit well too, and the edge features on Note 9 worked fine. Everything worked well if you enable the "touch sensitivity" option BEFORE installation. If you hadn't, it's not a really problem as I found - you do have to press harder to get the touch to work at times. I found that out since I had to do a factory reset on my phone after installing the protector. After the phone booted up, I noticed it was harder to select on the screen. At first I thought the phone was busy and lagging, then I realized it's because the factory reset wiped out the "touch sensitivity" option I chose. Then I tried pressing harder and it worked fine.The only slightly complaint is that I wish the price is a little lower - but with most of the other protectors having blatantly fake reviews (if you check, many of them have like 300+ 5-star reviews with NO other lower reviews, and most of them on the same date! The date changes too, I bet Amazon auto-wiped out fake reviews daily, and they get posted again), I decided to buy this one where reviews look normally distributed. It's a good decision.

***2ND UPDATE LK Direct customer support ignored our emails when we requested replacement through the GUARANTEED LIFETIME REPLACEMENT WARRANTY for the two Note 9 screen protectors (we used the email as instructed on the original packaging.) I finally had enough after hearing from other customers that they were ignoring them too and emailed them through Amazon. (Go to LK Direct on Amazon and click 'contact'...you can contact ANY vendor on Amazon this way and Amazonmonitors the emails. SUDDENLY when they knew Amazon was watching we received an email requesting a picture of one screen protector, even though we told them we purchased two and both cracked and broke and sent the purchase information. We sent back pictures and are waiting. Definitely shady! I already purchased them and have the Lifetime Replacement Guarantee, so we're definitely going to use it, but I don't recommend purchasing because service is attrocious.***UPDATE*** I bought two of these and was thrilled the first week. Both ended up shattering even with VERY careful usage that was mostly AT HOME sitting quietly (we are very careful with our phones so these DEFINITELY aren't for anyone who is even remotely heavier on their usage.) I have never had screen protectors break/shatter, let alone spontaneously, but these did during the gentlest use the phones have ever gotten! My protector for my Note 8 didn't even shatter when I dropped my phone...it just popped off.I have rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia and haven't been out filming in NYC like normal bc of additional issues this year and the other family member I bought this for also uses it mostly at home while seated for business. Hers cracked after a few months for no reason and mine started shattering and then just fell off! These are supposed to have a LIFETIME GUARANTEE. I had to track down the original boxes to get the information on the process to follow and proper contact info bc it isn't listed here.I have contacted the company about both and will update both here and on YouTube and other platforms on the end results! Right now I can't reccomend this product. I will give them a chance to replace them and see if they perform better though.WEEK 1 REVIEW (UPDATED ABOVE)So far this screen protector has been FANTASTIC! I bought two for my phone and a family member, have had it for a week, and so far I love this one SO much more than the $50 version at the AT&T store with the exact same lifetime warranty last time for multiple reasons!1. I was always nervous about installing screen protectors, but I finally decided I could do it because everything in the big box stores and service providers are ridiculously overpriced! This brand made it a piece of cake with the easy installation frame that slips over the phone to line everything up perfectly! I had just installed my first screen protector on a family member's new Samsung 10.1" tablet they got for Christmas using little stickers and what not to line it up and this comes with those if you prefer that method, but the custom frame is my favorite. Slip it over the phone and it lines up all the tiny holes at the top PERFECTLY and just install it and then slip the frame off!2.I also like it better than the overpriced version bc even though they both feel EXACTLY the same quality and clarity, my phone screen is SO MUCH more responsive with this one! I had the Note 8 last year and I love the SPen, BUT I HAD to use it with the other screen protector bc I lost so much screen sensitivity! I really wasn't happy! I ended up never replacing it when the other fell off bc it was so annoying! This one I didn't even have to change the screen sensitivity and my Note 9 responds beautifully with my finger.3. It seems to be durable and sturdy, but I only gave it 4 stars for now because I haven't dropped it or had it more than a week. I am hoping that won't happen because I am pretty careful, but I do use it in NYC a lot and for filming and photography in crowds and accidents happen. It does have a lifetime warranty. There aren't any scratches or marks so it made it through NYC right before NYE (which is crazy bc we're filled with tourists going in every direction and extra crowds.) The overpriced version did protect my screen when I dropped it in a department store by popping off instead of the screen shattering, but it needled to be replaced after bc the adhesive wore off and I never did even though I had a lifetime warranty and should have because I didn't like the lack of screen responsiveness. I'm hoping this performs as well or better!I liked it enough I bought a second for family and I suggest you go for this one!***II will update after I have had it longer!
