Whats the width size of this belt?

I believe it is the 3 cm belt. It seems to be the perfect width and is the best belt I have ever owned. I also got the 3 cm canvas belt with the brass buckle and I like that one just a little better because of the color of the buckle and the engraved artic fox on it. They are identical in width and function. I believe there are several models so you have to be sure to find the 3 cm canvas belt models in brass if you go with that one as well. These belts are truly fantastic! I use them all the time. Have a fantastic evening!

Fits me and I wear size 34 waist. Not much larger will it fit though.

OS means "overtly sizable" which translates to a belt that can be sized easily to fit your needs. Trust me I'm a gym teacher.

Size options include 'one size' and '1'. Is the '1' different from the one size? If so, is that like a size 0?

I think it's the same size. because the belt can be adjusted freely.
