Premium fasteners that get the job done
Used these to rebuild a damaged belly pan on my '83 Yamaha SS440 snowmobile. They clinch easily and grip very tightly. Better than the factory rivets! I really like Surebonder rivets and would recommend them to anyone.

I love my chevy!
I ordered these rivets with my intent to fix my bmw e36 hood strut mount brackets portside/starboard side, no success! I will attempt to buy the steel rivets instead and epoxy resin thee brackets affirm to the hood w/ a total of 5 rivets/bracket w/ adhesive. Should do the same great job I was taught by our great US Navy aircraft maintenance excellence only! The first time you fix/maintain anything life tends to break/decade.

Quality Issue With These Rivets
I have bought thousands of these over time. Previous batches (black boxes) were all within spec and would fit in a punched 1/4" hole. But recent batches (green batches) have a 80% failure rate. They are larger than 0.25". Not a big deal for occasional use, but a waste of time and money if you are a company that uses a lot of them. I did contact Surebonder and they offered a refund, but this doesn't do me much good as I have had to open all four boxes of 100 each just to get 20 or 25 that fit, so I can't return them now. They stated that their manufacturing process has not changed; but a calliper shows differently (see two pics).Since this happened I moved our company's supplier to another brand and have had no issues.
