I have been using this product for 2 weeks & have definitely noticed it curbs my appetite, especially in the afternoons. I also noticed more energy while at work...no sleepy times. I've been using Forskolin for nearly a month and I am very pleased with the product. I've lost around four pounds without doing anything different except drinking more water. I do have a little energy boost in the morning, but more importantly I am sleeping better and for me that is the best thing about the product. I have no trouble remembering to take my Forskolin in the morning, but I do keep forgetting to take the second one. I plan to continue taking Forskolin .
