The best I've had!
I'm a long haul truck driver, and I've had many headsets over the years, from the bargain bin's to the top shelf (blue parrot 250, 350 and 450, PT Voyager legend, Blue Tiger, Road King, car and driver, Road Pro, etc) , I can definitely say this one is the best I've ever had. Noise cancellation is on par, if not better than, the other major players in the industry. The people I talk to are asking "are you parked"? (and I'm coming from a Blue Parrot 350xt).Connecting is super easy; upon the fist start, it powers up directly into pairing mode, and it also has NFC built in.Buttons are intuitively placed and easy to use, charges through micro-usb, battery lasts forever, and the mic boom is easy to swing and adjust. The only two parts I could see failing prematurely are the little wire connecting the ear cup to the headband; I could easily imagine the headset falling off its resting spot when hitting a bump and the little wire getting snagged on something on the way down. The tiny on/off SWITCH also feels a bit flimsy; I would've preferred a type of push button similar the volume buttons. At first, I foung it a little uncomfortable for my head shape and thought "darn, another so-so fit", but then started to play around with the headband, EUREKA! Once bent and shaped to my taste, this is by far the most comfortable headset I've ever had. The "memory foam" padding all around is super soft and comfortable, and although the headset is rather bulky and feels sturdy (not the lightest at all), once fitted, it doesn't feel heavy, and is almost free of any pressure points. The ear cup is nice and soft and provides a decent "seal" keeping out the ambient noises. Some reviewers mentioned that the sound, even at max volume, wasn't quite loud enough, I didn't find this to be an issue; I've had louder headsets, but with this one, "sound isolation" is good enough to allow for lower volumes (which can't be bad for your ears...)If there was only one recommendation I could make: please Plantronics, go "all out" with the industrial grade/looks, don't mind the bulk, and make an "over the ear" version (as opposed to this "on the ear" design), same materials, same cushioning quality, just a larger/deeper "cup" that would cover the whole ear and rest on the surrounding skull... Just call it the Voyager 104 XL or something... I would definitely buy it in a heartbeat! That being said, I'm very happy with this one, and if you don't feel comfortable at first, remember, don't be afraid to pry and bend the headband; you will most definitely find the perfect fit. This one is clearly aimed at truckers and it shows, I would definitely feel goofy-looking wearing it in the car, but for chit-chatting all day in the truck, I love it! Let's hope it survives the OTR life for a while...

Great headset
Ive had this headset using it almost every day four hours on end for almost 3 years now and the battery finally stopped staying charged. I loved the crystal clear earpiece, very comfortable. And according to my friends and family there was zero background noise. Couldnt ask for much more. Hope the upgraded version is just as good

Great Performing Bluetooth Headset with Minor Flaws
I bought this product after going through several bluetooth headsets. The battery life, audio quality, bluetooth receptivity distance, and fit have all worked fine. I was a little surprised at how small the ear cup was and was concerned it would bother my ears, but it's not too bad.One of the most important things about a bluetooth headset is how the bluetooth connectivity behaves. The bluetooth connection behavior is perfect. The Voyager connects as soon as I turn it on, blasts through whatever other bluetooth connections there are, and will answer an incoming call as it turns on. Exactly what a headset like this needs to do. But, if I manually connect to something else, it's not overly aggressive in attempting to reconnect and disrupt the connection, like other bluetooth devices sometimes do. I wish other bluetooth devices worked in this obviously correct manner. It also does not require any stupid apps on your phone to work, which is fantastic. I don't know why bluetooth devices do this now, but it is very irritating and in my opinion a move backwards in technology. "Simplicity is the greatest sophistication."It does a great job eliminating noise from the cab. It doesn't do as well with wind noise but basically no microphone can do that without a wind sock. If I recall correctly, it came with one (which, of course, I lost).A minor critique: The seam connecting the orange and black material covering the foam on the ear cup has already split on my headset, and there doesn't appear to be some kind of aftermarket solution. I like this headset enough that I will try to either fix this ear cup or make some aftermarket ear cup fit.Other minor critique: Micro USB instead of USB-C charging. To be honest, I also don't care for the physical mute button. If I am going to do that, I'm just going to hit mute on my phone. Sometimes it would get bumped without me realizing it. Not a big problem, very minor nitpick.

Wonderful
My husband is a truck driver and heavy equipment operator. We have purchased many headsets throughout the years but this one is by far, the best... He has no trouble hearing me nor me hearing him. Great buy

Great sound isolation
This is the best head set I've owned so far. My previous inexpensive head sets and bud style ear pieces were all pretty poor. The Voyager 104 stands out as a premium product for sure. The ear cup makes a nice solid seal around my ear and isolates me really nicely from my environment. So even when it's pretty loud where I am, I can still clearly hear the caller on the other end. The noise rejecting microphone really does it's job as well as they say. Callers can rarely hear anything from my end besides my voice. So this has great isolation on both ends; for me and for the caller.I have only had this for around 2 weeks, so I can't rate durability. Seems just fine so far, and it seems solidly built, so I hope it will hold up long term. The battery life is supposed to be great, though I haven't tested it much so far. Out of the box I probably used 5+ hours of talk time and it still reported "battery high" when I turned it on. I only charged it to be 100% sure it had a full charge. I'm still running on that second charge around a week later. If you are shopping for this kind of headset, you can that it's big and sorta goofy looking. You will look like a fast food worker or an air traffic controller. But you will have GREAT sound quality on both ends. If you are like me, you won't care what it looks like and will just enjoy the great hands free call quality.

Impressive! Love it! The one and only!
Tried a lot of headsets from cheap to very expensive ones this one is my best absolutely! Super comfortable and light, super noise cancellation the best of all. The only one that exceeds the common 30 ft range to reach up to 60 ft and thats very distinctive feature amongst all. The longest battery life I ever had.

Expensive but a bit heavy
If you are going to wear this for an extended time, maybe look for a lighter model. This has more functionality than cheaper brands/models but is rather cumbersome. It is comfortable to wear for a short time but you know it's there!

That he microphone is a weak point on the product
The voyager104 was great until the microphone fell off from then on it was useless so I am very disappointed with my headset

Way way way better than the BlueParrot B350-XT
I bought this as a replacement for the B350-XT and wow what an upgrade. This headset is much more sturdy, better earpiece, better sound and fits my head better. It's cheaper, the battery lasts weeks for me. I like the feature when I turn it on while receiving a call that it automatically answers (saving battery power so I don't need to leave the headset on all the time). I don't know why this isn't the standard for all headsets.
