Unfortunately, at a 'certain age' it sometimes becomes necessary to take a little extra fiber on a daily basis. I've tried a bunch of them and began researching which brands and products have the most psyllium. (I thought they were all similar, but one day I was literally looking at 3 different brands and noticed differences.)These capsules are loaded with the stuff and after a price comparison, I believe they are a very good value.

OK, not really. Pooping is a necessity, not something that I consider to be fun. But on a Keto diet, pooping can be the opposite of fun. These capsules make bowel movements not something to be dreaded.

bottle opened way too easily and there was no seal once cap was off. only weak plastic keeping the lid on. I am not taking one of these. I have ordered many supplements bottles in my life but never one that opened like it wasn't made in a factory or close.

The vet recommended a different product for my dog but he said any fiber would do. Well, evidently not. This one did nothing. So I ordered the Vet recommended product and it works great!

Third bottle of these pills, all in all good - no taste easy to swallow. At bottom of this bottle suddenly a green pill shows up - clearly not the same powder as all the others, not sure what it is, but not too comforting that pills can get mixed up this way

Good price point for 100 capsules. The capsules don't have any other ingredients (like other multi-fiber pills), just psyllium husk powder. Satisfied with purchase.

I like these because they don't make your stomach uncomfortable and you don't have to fear going out after taking one.

Don't work for me. It's not psyllium...
